Billing Terms + Conditions

Definitions

Seller refers to the website owner – the person to whom the order for the purchase has been given.

Buyer refers to the person or organization placing the order.

Goods or services refer to the product(s) for which the buyer has placed an order with the seller.

Payments

All payments are due upon completion of an order. If payment is not received or the payment method is declined, the order will not be placed for the products and no items will be shipped. The buyer forfeits the ownership of any items due to non-payment.  We accept most major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept Shopify Payments, Paypal, Amazon Pay, Sezzle and Afterpay as forms of payment.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer in the amount calculated by the seller at the time of purchase. Shipping costs may increase for shipments abroad or urgent orders. The seller will take all reasonable steps to ensure protection against the loss, damage, or destruction of the products or services it provides to the buyer.

Refund/Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! Due to the personal nature of our product, we cannot accept returns.  If you experience an issue with product or service, please contact us at info@ajoyforever.com or through our online contact form, and we will do our best to make it right. If you change your mind or buy an item or items by mistake, we will exchange or refund your purchase once the returned items are received. In this case, please note shipping charges incurred for returning merchandise, as well as replacements if requested, are the responsibility of the buyer.

Cancellations

An order may be canceled up until payment has been processed. Once the payment is processed, the buyer is responsible for the payment.

Complaints

Any complaints should be submitted to our support team by emailing info@ajoyforever.com  Although we cannot guarantee a resolution, we will work hard to ensure your case is carefully reviewed, and we will be in contact.

The seller is not responsible for any health or safety problems once the buyer has received the goods or services. In case of damage caused by the items purchased by the buyer, the seller will not share any responsibility.

Any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of the site owner's state.
