Our products are custom made and personal in nature, so we are not able to accept returns once a product and/or its packaging has been opened. If you received an incorrect or missing item, kindly contact us with 7 (seven) days of receipt at info@ajoyforever.com Include your order number, contact information and brief description of the issue. Please do not open product/packaging as we cannot accept it for return or refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding and patronage.
