A New Spin Biodegradable Laundry Detergent

Several years ago, something prompted me to look up ingredients in my "best-selling" laundry detergent.  I think it was "Acrylamide Methylacrylamideopropyltrimethyl ammonium chloride copolymer" that got me thinking it was time to make a change. 

Soon I was wading through a sea of greenwashing: "natural" brands with eco-friendly names, yet created by the very companies I was trying to avoid. So, I set out to formulate my own with simple, cruelty-free ingredients, no dyes or toxins.  The result? A New Spin: 100% biodegradable and plant-based, Leaping Bunny certified laundry soap that works hard and smells amazing.

Powder: Sodium bicarbonate, sodium carbonate, sodium cocoate (coconut-based cleaner), veg glycerin, vegan fragrance, organic essential oil blend.

Liquid: Organic olive oil, potassium hydroxide, purified water, vegetable glycerin, sodium carbonate, sodium borate, vegan fragrance, organic essential oil blend.
